    Articles must be returned like brand new (not used outdoor, not washed, not creased, etc). Please, make sure returned articles are tidy in original packaging with labels.

  • 3 | Pack

    Shipping box or mailing bag is compulsory. Securely seal the package and stick the return label on it. Remove old shipping label if necessary.

We've extended our Return Policy for Christmas Holidays. 
For any order placed between November 23rd & December 25th 2023,
You can now return within 60 days.

Our Holiday Shipping cut-off date is  :
18/12/2023 at 2pm (UTC+1) for EU
12/12/2023 at 10am (UTC+1) for UK
for expected delivery by 25/12/2023.

Returns are free of charge for countries listed below:

United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania

Returns will be charged 10 € for country listed below:

You can also choose to support the cost and ship on your own.

You get one free return per order. Additional returns of the same order will be at your expense. You have 30 days from the shipping of your order to return it.

How to return my order?

Only Products purchased via the Site may be returned to the Vendor pursuant to the conditions and procedures defined in articles 8 and 9 of GTS to the exclusion of any other products, including those bearing the Vendor’s marks or sold thereby in other sales outlets.

Textile Products must be just like brand new, not washed and not creased. All returned articles must be folded neat and tidy, properly packed in original wrapping, and must include all labels. Failure to comply will result in return refusal.

We do not offer exchanges on itsnowcool.eu, please place a new order to purchase another size, colour or product.

In the event of refusal, the Product is either shipped back to the Customer at his expense or made available to him for 30 days at the Vendor’s warehouse.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 7 to 14 business days to process.

Unless any of the warranties specified in article 9 of GTS is put into play, the Customer commits to return the Products in their initial packaging including all of their accessories: instructions for use, carton labels with bar code, individual plastic packaging, etc.).
